Job Description

• To develop and direct the Sales team and service, reporting to COO, Chairman.
• To manage all wholesale and retail aspects of business operations including business administration, sales and marketing/ PR as well as service and parts;
• To coordinate with regional offices of principals regarding planning, reporting, performance improvements, product and pricing strategy;
• To develop the annual budget plan, regular forecast plans, cash flow projection, for approval by COO and Chairman.
• To be full accountability for business results, market development and brand development;
• To establish, develop and steer of a sustainable dealer/ distribution network;
• To be a dynamic business development for the diverse product range of any brands in B2B and B2C segments for achieving the best annual sales and services result;
• To contribute to business strategies at headquarters in order to contribute to continuous market success on group level.
• To improve market position to be the top ranked of the automotive industry in the market;

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing; Or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in Sales including automotive dealership;
• Be a passionate about the brands
• Understanding Luxury customer life style, luxury retail and or Automotive
• Good knowledge of Financial planning and/or accounting experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills;
• Strong leadership skills;
• Understanding and good relationship with Automotive market.
