Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for one of the leading Automotive Company in the Middle East.

Scope of business:
• Development of new material supplier in territory area especially in aluminium and resin.
• Creation of new business category (60% new business, 40% existing business).
• Developing growth strategies and plans.
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
• Information gathering from entity / authority in the territory area.
• Customer survey and visiting with / without supervision
• Follow up of customer by repeat visiting / mobile and email in targeted countries.
• Budget monthly / quarter preparation with manager.
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 5 – 10 years’ experience as Business Development Manager
• Proven working experience as a business development manager with successful experience in various industry.
• Market knowledge of aluminium and resin.
• Communication and negotiation skills.
• Flexible to manage complex projects and multi-task.
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
